Ministries:
Youth Ministry
The Office of Youth Ministry empowers young people to grow in faith, leadership, and service within the Church. Partnering with parishes and schools, we provide guidance, training, and events that help teens encounter Christ, build community, and discover their unique gifts. We seek to form joyful missionary disciples who live their Catholic faith with courage and conviction.

Youth Forms
Form A: Parent/Guardian Continuing Consent Form and Liability Waiver
Form A is required for all youth participants and guests for any on or off-campus activity. It only needs to be completed once (usually in 6th or 7th grade) and remains valid until high school graduation. The original form must stay on file at the parish, but a copy should always travel with the youth leader for off-campus events.
Form B: Annual Update Form
Form B is the mandatory annual update for both youth (following Form A) and adults (following Form C). If you completed Form A or C this year, you don’t need Form B until next year. From then on, only Form B is required annually until graduation or the end of service.
Form C: Adult Leader/Chaperone Medical Release and Liability Form
Form C is the adult version of Form A and is required for all staff and volunteers in youth ministry. This is a separate requirement from the Protecting God’s Children training. Once Form C is on file, you only need to complete the Form B annual update in subsequent years. As with youth forms, the original stays at the parish, and a copy must travel with the group for any off-campus activities.
Form E: Specific Event Form
Think of Form E as your standard field trip permission form. It is required for all youth and guests for every individual off-campus activity, regardless of the duration. For any event away from the parish, the youth leader must carry the specific Form E for that event along with a copy of the participant’s Form A.

Our mission is to lead youth closer to the Lord through a joyful and life-giving encounter that includes:
-
Eucharistic Devotion: Deepening our faith through prayer and a focus on the Real Presence of Jesus.
-
Vocational Discovery: Authentic conversations about God’s call and how to listen for His voice in our lives.
-
Faithful Community: Building lasting friendships through shared recreation and a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
Open to: Rising freshmen through graduating seniors.
Camp Donations Needed!
At the Diocese of Shreveport, our Catholic Summer Camps are more than just a week of fun; they are transformative experiences where our young people encounter Christ, build lifelong friendships, and grow deeper in their faith.
Your prayerful and financial support plays a vital role in making these memories possible. Donations to our camp fund directly support:
-
Camp Activities: Providing the resources, supplies, and programming that make our summer sessions engaging and spiritually enriching for every camper.
-
Camperships: Ensuring that financial constraints never stand in the way of a child experiencing God’s love at camp. These scholarships help our families cover tuition costs and make camp accessible to everyone in our community.
We are so grateful for your heart for our youth. Your generosity helps us clear the path for the next generation of disciples to say “yes” to the Lord. Thank you for your kindness and your prayers!
