Faith Formation

The Office of Faith Formation serves parishes, schools, and families across the Diocese by supporting lifelong growth in the Catholic faith. Grounded in the Church’s mission to make disciples, our department provides resources, training, and guidance for catechetical leaders, sacramental preparation, youth and adult formation, and ongoing spiritual development. We aim to form missionary disciples who joyfully live and share the Gospel in their communities.

Faith Formation for Adults

The Office of Adult Faith Formation serves adults seeking to deepen their relationship with Christ and His Church. Through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) and ongoing formation opportunities, we support those journeying toward full communion in the Catholic faith and those continuing their lifelong conversion. Our goal is to nurture mature disciples who live and witness their faith in daily life.

Youth Ministry

The Office of Youth Ministry empowers young people to grow in faith, leadership, and service within the Church. Partnering with parishes and schools, we provide guidance, training, and events that help teens encounter Christ, build community, and discover their unique gifts. We seek to form joyful missionary disciples who live their Catholic faith with courage and conviction.

Marriage & Family Life

The Office of Marriage & Family Life supports couples and families in every stage of life through formation, pastoral care, and outreach. This ministry encompasses Marriage Ministry, Family Life, Restorative Justice, and the Defense of Life, striving to uphold the dignity of every human person and strengthen the domestic Church. We accompany families and individuals with compassion and faith, nurturing communities rooted in love, mercy, and truth.

Vocations

The Office of Vocations helps men and women discern God’s call to priesthood, religious life, diaconate, or dedicated lay service. Through personal accompaniment, retreats, and discernment programs, we invite individuals to listen deeply to the Lord’s voice and respond with generous hearts. Our mission is to cultivate a culture of vocation where every person seeks and embraces God’s will.

Multicultural Ministry

The Office of Multicultural Ministry celebrates the rich diversity of cultures and traditions within our diocesan family, with special attention to Hispanic communities. We promote unity in faith through pastoral outreach, formation, and events that affirm the unique gifts each culture brings to the Church. Our mission is to foster belonging, understanding, and participation among all God’s people.

Campus Ministry

The Office of Campus Ministry serves college students as they grow in faith, community, and purpose. Through prayer, formation, and outreach on college campuses, we help young adults encounter Christ, discern their vocation, and live the Gospel with integrity. We aim to support faith-filled leaders who bring Catholic witness to every corner of campus life.

Spiritual Direction

The Ministry of Spiritual Direction offers guidance for those seeking to deepen their relationship with God through prayer and reflection. Trained spiritual directors accompany individuals on their faith journey, helping them recognize the presence and movement of the Holy Spirit in daily life. This ministry fosters interior growth, discernment, and a closer union with Christ.
