School News
On Thursday, March 20, third grade students from Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Academy in Shreveport performed the Stations of the Cross. Fr. Andre McGrath, OFM read the stations as the students went through each one. The performance was accompanied by music and witnessed by all students and teachers.

The St. John Berchmans School’s Science Olympiad Team won six medals at the state competition. Participants included Maria Stawasz, Nicole Bonk, Victoria Gonyea, Kimberly Nguyen, Crystal Bordelon, John Fenton, Remi Hatten, Sophia Simon, Tori Brooks, Max Hudson, Morgan Murray, Andy Nguyen, Drew Fenton, Rachel Bonk, and Xavier Holl. Alternates for the team were Vincent Gallegos, Andrew Pousson, Nathan Quezada, and Steven Stringfellow.

The fifth and sixth grade students at Jesus the Good Shepherd School, as well as their religion teachers, put together a moving performance of the Stations of the Cross.
Students from St. Joseph School in Shreveport presented a donation to members from the Serra Club after morning Mass and Stations of the Cross on Wednesday March 29.

Students from Our Lady of Fatima School in Monroe enjoy physical education time with Coach Mccready. He is able to keep the students interested in exercising by incorporating Jesus into the routine. Every day students attend P.E., Coach has them warm up by singing Christian songs while they stretch.
